Tracking shows your order is still in transit with the postal carrier. You can use the tracking provided to your email to follow the progression or contact us directly if you misplaced it. You can also check with the carrier personally. With the holiday season there can be delays in transit outside of our control. I personally packaged your order and gave you free sets of additional earrings and complimentary stickers all in the same packaging. I'm confident you will be happy with your product once it arrives and you may even be inclined to change this review. I don't ever get a low rating like this.
